Are you seeking techniques to ground your body and regulate your nervous system? Are you wanting to deepen your mind-body connection to enhance your yoga or pilates practice? Are you looking for a gentle, enjoyable way to rid your body of stuck energy and tension so that you feel lighter, freer and more relaxed?
If you answered yes to any one of those questions, this workshop is for you! Learning to feel into our bodies in a gentle, intuitive way is a process that takes time. However, with the right tools and techniques, you can learn to deepen your connection to your feeling body in just one 90-minute session. In this workshop, you will learn a variety of tools and techniques that will help silence the chatter of the mind and deepen the connection to somatic sensations.
What to expect?
Expect to be led through a 90-minute exploration of the body through a combination of somatic experiencing, self-guided myofascial unwinding and free movement techniques. This 90-minute exploration is geared to address any blocks in the body to create space for deep opening and unlocking. Through this gentle yet powerful release of dormant, stuck energy, the body will regain vitality and strength and the mind will become lighter, more creative and more balanced. Expect to leave this workshop feeling more grounded, more open, and more released.
