The 90-Hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training at Vessel is a 6-week program combining in-person and at-home learning. You’ll explore Pilates history, anatomy, and effective sequencing, as well as techniques for teaching all-level classes with props, modifications, and advanced cueing.
The program includes hands-on practice, a teaching test, and personal evaluations from the lead instructor. You’ll leave with two pre-designed routines and one of your own creation. Every student will leave with 2 routines that will be provided by the lead instructor + an additional routine that they will create themselves and discuss/check with lead instructor over the last week of training.

Following training, there will be an opportunity to host 2 community classes at the studio if interested in teaching at Vessel. Lead instructor will determine if more community classes are needed before trainee gets on schedule.

Absences
If you miss a weekend, you are expected to make it up privately at a rate of $100 per hour paid directly to lead instructor. (Every two hours of missed group is equal to one hour of private make-up). ​
